EP. Lockley is a published author and minister with 23 ministerial years of experience. He is a PhD level speaker with an interest in church growth and K-12 Education.
He has earned a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences and a MDiv in Marriage and Family Therapy. He is a former student of Kenneth Hagin's Rhema Bible College and Turner Theological Seminary.
He holds certifications in teaching, counseling, and training of educators. He mentored at-risk males and has been publicly recognized for his work.
His is the author of Before I Say I Do: A Christian Prescription to a Wholesome Relationship and Only Believe.
Today, his mission is to equip the body of Christ with the tools needed for the end time ministry work.
Training for Reigning is his motto! His goals include motivating, dedicating, and educating others through Growth in the Word of God.
